Design learning experiences where students do real AI-powered work, not passive content consumption. You will define how challenge structure, AI feedback, and skill progression blend into one clear path.

What You Will Own

  • Design weekly AI-first learning arcs across coding, reasoning, and communication.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to translate pedagogy into interaction patterns.
  • Create challenge rubrics that support adaptive AI feedback loops.
  • Run learner cohort pilots and turn findings into roadmap decisions.
  • Ship clear documentation so execution remains fast across teams.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in curriculum, instructional design, or productized learning systems.
  • Strong command of project-based learning and measurable skill progression.
  • Ability to write concise specs and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and experimentation workflows.
