Who runs Intellect Council, how our practice questions are written and checked, our editorial policy, and how to contact us.
Intellect Council is a practice site for people with an employer test coming up. Many job applications now include an aptitude, reasoning, psychometric or skills test, often with only a few days' notice. We build timed practice tests in the same format, so the real thing feels familiar.
Intellect Council is run by Recordskeeper Inc, with Recordskeeper AI Private Limited serving customers in India. We are a small team that writes, checks and maintains every question on the site.
Most people lose points on employer tests because the format is new and the clock is fast, not because they lack ability. Practicing the question types at the real pace fixes much of that. We would rather you walked in calm than walked in surprised.
Every test has a free sample at the real pace. No account, no card.
A wrong answer should teach you something, so every question comes with the reasoning.
Practice builds speed and confidence. It cannot promise a result on a real test, and we never say it can.
Every question is original. We study the commonly reported format of each test type (the number of questions, the time limit and the kinds of questions) from public sources such as publisher websites, then write our own questions in that style. We never use real test questions, leaked questions or questions copied from other sites.

Our own questions in that style. Never real, leaked or copied questions.
A second person checks for one correct answer, a clear explanation and fair wording.
Facts about real tests are stated as commonly reported and linked to a public source on the page. Every test page shows the date it was last reviewed, and we review pages when a publisher changes its test or a reader reports a problem.
Found a mistake in a question, an explanation or a fact? Email [email protected] and we will check it and correct it. We do not accept payment for coverage, and no test publisher has reviewed or approved our content.
Intellect Council is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any test publisher. Names such as Wonderlic, CCAT, SHL, Predictive Index, Caliper, Watson Glaser and Bennett are trademarks of their owners; we use them only to describe the style of a practice test.
Your result on our site is a practice score. It is not a score, percentile or pass mark from any real test, and we cannot promise any result on a real test. Our site is for adults aged 18 and over.
