01. Strict No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Tosh Innovations Private Limited operates on a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans (Free, Standard, and Premium). Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable and non-creditable for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to your dissatisfaction with the Service, your failure to use the Service, or your decision to terminate your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

02. Immediate Access to Digital Content

Our Service provides immediate access to digital learning modules, AI-guided paths, and premium educational resources. Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital content, you acknowledge that by accessing the Service, you are consuming the value of the digital goods immediately upon purchase.

This immediate delivery of value is the primary basis for our non-refundable policy.

03. Cancellation vs. Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current monthly period. No partial refunds are provided.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the 12-month period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for early termination.

04. Rare Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund stance, Tosh Innovations Private Limited reserves the sole and absolute discretion to review refund requests in the following rare circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: Proven, prolonged service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours that prevents all access to the platform.
  • Duplicate Billing: Verified administrative or technical errors resulting in double-charging for the same subscription.

The existence of these exceptions does not create an obligation for the Company to issue a refund.

05. Chargeback Protection

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate your account and all associated data.
  • Blacklist your payment methods and identity from future use of our ecosystem.
  • Provide evidence of these Terms and your acceptance of the No-Refund policy to the financial institution.
