01. Overview
At Intellect Council, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from any of our applications, you can submit a deletion request through this page.
This account deletion process is provided in compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies, as well as data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be restored.
02. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Your username, email address, profile details, and account credentials.
- User Content: Any files, documents, notes, progress data, or learning history you have stored in the app.
- App Settings: Your preferences, customizations, and app configurations.
- Usage History: Your activity logs and usage patterns.
- Subscription Information: Records of your subscription status and payment history (note: active subscriptions should be cancelled separately).
Data Retention: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes as required by law, but this data will not be personally identifiable.
03. How to Request Account Deletion

Please confirm that my account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

04. What to Expect After Submitting
Within 24 hours: Our team will acknowledge receipt and may ask for additional verification.
1-2 business days: We may ask you to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletions.
3-5 business days: Once verified, your account will be deactivated and scheduled for purge.
Upon Completion: You will receive a final email confirmation once purged.
05. Important Considerations
- Cancel Subscriptions First: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel via Google Play Store or Apple App Store before requesting deletion.
- Backup Your Data: Before requesting deletion, make sure to export or backup any important data from the app. We cannot recover data once deleted.
06. Alternative Options
If you're not ready for permanent deletion, consider:
- Cancel Subscription: Keep your account and progress but stop future charges.
- Clear App Data: Manually delete specific content within the app while keeping your account active.
- Temporary Break: Simply stop using the app without deleting your account.
