About these terms

Intellect Council is operated by Recordskeeper Inc, a Delaware C-Corp, 447 Sutter St, Ste 506 - 1469, San Francisco, CA 94108 ("we", "us").

These terms apply when you use https://www.intellectcouncil.org, take a free sample or buy a plan. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site

You must be 18 or over to use the site or buy a plan. The site is for people preparing for employer tests. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18.

What we provide

Free samples: a short timed practice test for each test type, with a score and explanations, without an account.

Paid plans: full timed practice mocks with explanations and score history. The 30-Day Pass gives 30 days of access for a one-time payment and does not renew. The Monthly plan renews every month until you cancel. Plan details and prices are on the pricing page.

All questions are original practice material written in the style of common employer tests. They are not real test questions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any test publisher, and test names are trademarks of their owners.

Practice scores and no guarantees

Your result is a practice score from our own questions. It is not a score, percentile or pass mark from any real test, and it does not predict how an employer will assess you. We do not promise that practice will lead to a particular result, a job offer or a pass.

Your account

Paid plans need an account, created at checkout with your email address or Google sign-in. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. A plan is for one person; do not share or resell access.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.

The Monthly plan renews automatically each month at the price shown when you bought it, unless we tell you about a change in advance. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• copy, scrape, publish or sell our questions, explanations or other content;
• use the site to cheat on a real test, or help anyone else do so;
• share your account or try to get around a paywall, rate limit or security measure;
• interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

We own or license the questions, explanations, text, design and software on the site. You may use them for your own personal practice only.

Changes and availability

We may update the site, the practice tests and these terms. If we make a change that materially affects a paid plan you hold, we will tell you by email before it applies. We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim about the site or a plan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for decisions an employer makes about you.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, after telling you why where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
