Refund and Cancellation Policy
How refunds work for the Intellect Council 30-Day Pass and Monthly plan, the 7-day refund window, and how to cancel a monthly plan from your account.

Refunds
If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it, as long as you have completed no more than one full mock. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
After 7 days, or once you have completed more than one full mock, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Cancelling the Monthly plan
Cancel in one click from the billing page in your account. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. A renewal payment taken before you cancelled is covered by the 7-day refund rule above.
The 30-Day Pass
The 30-Day Pass is a one-time payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends 30 days after purchase.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live, including if something you bought is faulty or not as described.
